Pricing below includes AC all week. A reduced rate (less $150 per week) is available for those who do not require AC. Electricity rates in Roatan are 4 to 5 times those in the USA.

Reservation requires a 50% prepaid Rental Fee deposit made by credit card at the time of making the reservation.*

Reservations for Easter, Christmas, and New Years Weeks will be the entire Rental Fee and are non-refundable made by credit card.*

A $250 Security Deposit will be collected on each rental and will be returned 30 days after your arrival if the villa is found in good condition. Rental fee balance payments and Security Deposits must be received by us at least 30 days prior to your arrival to hold reservation. There is a $50.00 processing fee for all cancellations and will be charged to your credit card.
