Many local trattorias, bars, shops and markets are scattered throughout this quiet, residential area to help you enjoy the Roman life to the fullest. Meanwhile, the treasures and glories of the historic center of the city can be reached in a mere 20-25 minutes by public bus transport. Furthermore, the apartment is located just one block from the new terminal servicing the city's direct rail line to and from Rome's international airport. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, one can easily board this train and, for a minimal fare, arrive at the apartment 40 minutes later. These trains operate most of the day and night at 20 minute intervals both to and from the airport.
The owner's daughter who lives in the same neighborhood acts as the on-site agent and greets tenants upon their arrival with the keys to the apartment and pertinent information regarding the apartment, the neighborhood and the city. She is, of course, bilingual and can provide invaluable assistance if needed during the tenants stay in Rome.

A $250 booking deposit is required in order to hold the dates selected. The remainder of the fee will then be due and payable 30 days prior to occupancy. At the same time of this final payment, a security deposit of $250 is also required which is fully refundable within 14 days after vacating the premises less any telephone or other charges that may be incurred during occupancy. |
