Reduced rates for longer term rentals
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A refundable deposit of £200 against inventory damage is required along with balance.

We have employed a local Management Company, with over 15 years experience, based 5 minutes from the Villa. They are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure peace of mind during your vacation and are more than happy to assist with anything you may need.
For your convenience a "welcome pack" containing food and drink can be arranged for your arrival (payable locally to the management company)
